A holiday tradition around these parts is to take a week off for Christmas. This year is no exception — we’re off this week, which means when videos and podcast episodes and posts resume, it’ll be 2019. Okay, technically Monday is the 31st, but still.

Looking back on 2018, we settled in as Objection Network after six years as some other show we’ll never mention again, and business as usual settled in. The site rebounded a bit compared to 2017, probably because of the SEO finally getting over the hump as far as recognizing the new domain and all that jazz. The YouTube channel also continued to show improvement, and assuming we play through more Trails games, that seems likely to continue.

The Anachroschism also posted dozens of episodes after finally making its debut, and other than my computer dying in April, there really weren’t many hiccups along the way. The campaign is going great and people are having a blast, and we expect more guest characters in 2019 as well.

The last note is that because of when the computer died, we didn’t do a top 25 list for the first time in a while. I think that’s still on the horizon at some point, but I don’t want to make any promises I won’t keep (but don’t worry, I’ll definitely be back after I go get those cigarettes at the gas station).
