Things have been quiet on the site for the last week or so because I was in Hawaii, doing Hawaiian stuff. We’ll be talking about the trip and all of the pros and cons of a vacation there on this week’s podcast, but I figured some of the pictures were too cool not to share.

We spent most of our time on O’ahu (specifically near Waikiki) and the Big Island, seeing things like Volcanoes National Park, Pearl Harbor, a black sand beach, Rainbow and Akaka Falls, and the Tropical Botanical Garden. It made for some scenic shots that were breathtaking, and you can view them by clicking on the thumbnails below.

TL;DR: Hawaii’s great, and while I had a couple issues with the trip and certainly wouldn’t want to live there, it’s 100% worth visiting at least once in your lifetime.
